About Design Winter Park

Patricia Carvajal is a Licensed Building Designer and the owner of Design Winter Park, Inc., a residential design studio specializing in custom home design, modern remodels, home additions, and architectural construction documentation throughout Winter Park, Orlando, Maitland, and Central Florida.

Certified by the National Council of Building Design, Patricia has been in practice since 2003 and licensed since 2008, bringing more than two decades of expertise in residential building design, the architectural design process, and permit-ready construction plans. Her work blends creative vision with technical precision, resulting in homes that feel intentional, functional, and deeply personal to each client.

Patricia’s portfolio includes award-winning residential projects recognized with both Grand ARDA and ARDA distinctions for excellence in new custom homes, large-scale remodels, and multifamily duplex design.
